Over the summer I traveled to Israel for one month. I went for all of July. It was an amazing experience. I learned about the land and the different people that live in Israel. We were able to travel all throughout the country and see how different and diverse each area is. When I was there I became best friends with a girl who is from Israel. Her name was Anat. We had the greatest times when we went shopping and hung out. She would show us around Israel and teach me how to bargain with the people in the flea markets. Also, I never realized that every place we stopped at in Israel had different scenory. I just thought that Israel was all desert with a few scattered trees. I saw that it was nothing like that at all. The rest of the summer i just hung out with friends, but going to Israel was the most exciting thing i did this summer.

My summer was unfortunantly not as exciting as Jaymie's. I spent a lot of the summer working, and when i wasn't working i was just relazing at home or going up north. When i was up north, I was camping with friends and family. We spent a lot of time out on the lake, jet skiing and tubing, and relaxing on the beach. Going up north is one of my favorite things to do over the summer. I wish I could say i went to a different country for a month, but I was stuck here in Michigan.

My summer was actually fun. I didnt go anywhere but i took advantage of Michigan the best way i could. This summer i started a band called "Dont Play With Guns".
I also played baseball most of the summer. I love being outside and staying active, so thats what i did. I got to meet a lot of new people, and became good friends with some. I love and hate michigan. I love the summers and hate the winters. Overall my summer was great and now im depressed because snow will be here very soon.
My summer was a summer I will never forget. I also spent my summer in Israel for about 5 weeks on the same trip as Jaymie. The trip was something that changed me as a person. We did everything from riding camels, repelling down cliffs and hiking to waterfalls. I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't go to Israel for the summer. I cannot wait to go back!
I had a really great summer. I spent a lot of time with my friends doing fun things. I went to a lot of bon fires and spent time by the pool. I made extra money by babysitting for several different families. I went camping with Lauren, Kelsey, and Kelly for a week. I had an amazing time. We went to Lake Michigan which was a blast. I went up north with another group of friends for the fourth of July. I didn't go anywhere outside of Michigan but I still had a great time.
